All our bespoke garden rooms are hand-built from the ground up using residential-grade standards – making them comfortable, usable spaces 365 days a year.

We design everything from scratch, NO SIPs panels, NO kits. So we can make use of even the most awkward or overlooked corners of your garden.

This really is your room, your rules.

And while most of our builds fall under permitted development (so planning permission isn’t required), we’ll always guide you through the relevant rules to make sure everything is 100% compliant.
